They wanted to keep our colour scheme but enhance the overall brand design. How could they bring our egg timer logo to life? The animations/designs should be appealing to individuals who work in small to medium sized organisations. Their main recruitment areas for recruitment is software development and product
After consultation I advised them that the Egg Timer and colour palettes won’t work, because the palette was too generic and uninspired and the egg time was yet again very generic. So I proceeded to create a colour palette using the colour Thyme and Sage which gave the brand a new feel. From there I proceed to change the logo concentrating on typography and keeping it streamlined with logos for print, brand and digital.
Once the palette and logo was designed I set about looking for photography that could create a cohesive look and make it more inspiring. I found a set of photographs and contacted the photographer to buy more from the same set. Once all photography, typography and palettes were in place, I could go about shaping the brand by introducing the palette in products and advertising.
